Post Body

Hey everyone,

I am a 25 year old male and I see myself as a very ā€œmasculineā€ guy. Former military and now currently working in the emergency services. My hobbies align with that.

For the longest time, I recognize my issues but I am trying to figure out strategies or maybe someone to talk to about them..

Whenever I would ā€œfightā€ , disagree or argue with a friend or significant other I would get a tense feeling in my body as well as just an anxiety that I canā€™t seem to control, keep in mind Iā€™m very use to stress and stressors and work well. But, this area Iā€™m weak and I need help to get better. I recognize I have an ā€œAnxious attachmentā€ and abandonment issues. I recognize this but, what do I need to do to be better? As well, communicate this effectively with a significant other to make sure the relationship is just better?

Iā€™ve been cheated on and lied to and dropped off alone and I know that they are some old scars, but I want to help heal them.

Thank you ā¤ļø
