We all know just how draining self improvement can be. some days are amazing and some days feel like complete shit. so this is what I usually do to keep myself going.
Once a month, I take a self-care day.
Since we're still on self improvement you gotta make your day count.
I take take of my business during the morning.
Then i usually get a haircut, go to the massage parlor, then I get my favorite kinds of food and watch a movie/show and go to bed on time.
I always feel amazing the following days and keeps me motivated.
You can choose any activity that you enjoy.
