Disclaimer - Not for me but for a coworker.

Hi, I've been seeing this coworker of mine that is easily pressured by his men in giving them money in the form of $5 or meals.

For example, these men are going to a site to pick something up for a different site, the company accomodated staffhouse is a walking distance so one of his men offered me and the coworker a ride back to the staffhouse.

Near the destination, they made a sucker out of him in giving them a total of $5.

Personally, I think he shouldn't have done that since regardless of us, they were going to that site anyways and it's their job, and there were some other times as well.

I wanna gift him 2 books on how to toughen hom up so he won't be a sucker in the future.I just wanna help him.

Note that we're engineers and his men are technicians.
