23M 5'8 150lbs, very decent shape, I workout at least 3-5 days a week, run, bike, etc.
Throughout my entire life I've always moved kind of awkwardly. The way I walk, dance, stand, etc. Is just so stiff and goofy looking and my friends and family always razz on me for it. I was a big swimmer in HS but fell out of it about 6 years ago. My coordination is also pretty trash. I can juggle and do most things without issue but it's still very stiff and awkward looking.
What are some hobbies, sports, things I can do to loosen me up a little bit and break out of this stiffness? Its been pretty hard on my confidence and I don't want this to follow me into my 30s whenever it gets even harder to move lol
Thanks y'all!
