How to live in the moment?

Post Body

It seems like in everything I do, my mind just races. I could be brushing my teeth and I'll be thinking about everything that I need to do today and get completely distracted. Only to find out I did a pretty shitty job brushing my teeth. This applies in almost all facets of my life. Anytime I'm doing something, I think about things that I could be doing at that current moment and just completely lose interest. This goes for work, school, my relationships, almost everything to be honest. Even whenever I'm driving my mind is just constantly racing about random stuff instead of looking at the world around me and living in the moment.

Is this ADHD or something internal? I would really like to know how to focus on one task at a time and really live in my own life rather than live in my head.
