When I go on my morning walks in the morning, about halfway through I begin to feel super weak. Does anyone know why this might be?

Post Body

I am 29F, healthy weight and active and go for a walk first thing ever morning around my neighborhood for an hour with my dog. Lately, I have been experiencing weakness halfway through them which I can best describe as feeling like I have low blood sugar and needing to get home as soon as possible in fear I might pass out. I would prefer to do my walks fasted (except for 1.5 tbsp of the Spoiled Child liquid collagen I take) so any tips or possibilities you can think of that might be causing this would be greatly appreciated!

Also to note: 1. I was recently diagnosed with an NXP-2 antibody which suggests dermatomyositis but since diagnosis I have found it mostly manageable until maybe 2 weeks ago. At the time of my blood work and diagnosis with NXP-2 (about 2 months ago), my vitamin D, B, etc were all within range.

  1. 2 weeks ago I started experiencing unexplainable, daily anxiety, total inability to focus, apathy and muscle aches. I am thinking I might be deficient in vitamin D since I stopped supplementing with that about 7 weeks ago (just restarted 2 days ago) potentially leading to the flare up of my dermatomyositis . I know it’s not vitamin B deficiency because I supplement with that daily.

Does anyone know what might be causing this weakness just from simply walking? Thank you in advance for anyone who responds! Anything will be helpful!

Warmly, Alexa πŸ™πŸΌπŸ«ΆπŸ»
