Hey everyone. So im a 20 y/o college student, I have a good life, not so great but Id say its good. I have a nice family, friends, girlfriend, and Im working hard in college and working out at least 3x a week to reach my goals. Im trying to be as busy as I can, as having just a little free time, doing nothing in my house will left me alone to my thoughts, feeling so empty like everything is so meaningless. I know people will probably say therapy but I have tried it countless times with different therapist so i really dont want to go to therapy again, it hasn’t really done much for me. Im thinking to pick up a hobby, i used to love video games but Idk why, thinking about having to turn on my laptop to play again just put me off. What can I do? Any advice is appreciated
