I use it is all the time so I recommend any smart watch the Apple is just easier integration if you already use an iPhone but I have to say any are useful and I use mine daily for random things. I work a lot and need to make sure I get certain text and notifications so it is usual if I am away from my phone or just need to glance if I need to respond or not
