Apologies if this is the wrong place or way to ask for this help, but I need help from here for my college project, please take 3-5 mins from your time if you can :)

I'm writing a research paper about a Fixed Cost Cloud service model where initially the user will be allotted 1Gbps as is the norm, and after 1TB (or whatever the plan might be), the user will be throttled to 50Mbps, but they won't be billed for the Transfer.

I'm empathizing with needs of a self hosted community, a small business or a student professional whose bandwidth needs might not be a lot and the traffic is in small chunks, but they're paying the cloud providers for their Bandwidth Over usage.

I need your advice for this project. I know it cannot work for everyone, Hence I need your response and suggestions for this.

We (me and my batchmate) have also launched a Google Form and we'll be glad if you could take the small time to fill that.
