Troubleshooting Bookstack after moving to New Server

I recently had to replace a server I had in my home.
One of the software packages that was transplanted was Bookstack and the Bookstack Database. Everything appears up and running, but I get this error message:
I need some advice on where to look to solve this issue. I have a lot of notes in here... and a lot more to add
