Is my optiplex powerful enough to run Plex/jellyfin, amongst other apps?

The specs are: Dell OptiPlex 3050 Micro i5-7500T 3.4GHz 8GB RAM 256GB SSD
My plan is to run Plex/Jellyfin, Tdarr, Home Assistant, Sonarr, Radarr, Sabnzbd, and more apps in the future. Will my setup be powerful enough to run all of this on it? I figure RAM will probably have to be upgraded, regardless, but how about the rest?
Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
