Hello! Im quite new to this world so excuse me for being completely obnoxious.

Im planning to run a ubuntu server on one machine and a nas server based on OMV on a another machine. I want to deploy a plex server that will extract data from my NAS (movies, photos, music). The question is on which machine i should install the Plex server for maximum efficiency and stability? And how should I go around it? I saw some people deploying containers on docker! Which seems complicated and fun (would be nice if I could learn how to do it 😅)
