Domain for personal mail

So my dilemma is: I like lastname.tld, but .com, .net, etc. are already gone sadly. The only options I see are .me, .org and .cc.
I feel like .me would be a great fit but something just seems childish for me about it.
About .org I don't really know what I think. It seems like a great option but also a bit weird.
.cc is the last option I see.
What do you guys think or do you have any alternatives?
