Hiding at work.

Hi there! I'm new to the sub, but I'm worrying. I've relapsed since I lost my job at the beginning of the month, but now I'm applying to other jobs. Most of the places I apply have a work T-shirt, and I can't exactly wear my Tim Hortons' hoodie to work at a different place, now, can I?
(For reference, I mainly SH on my wrists and shoulders.)
How would you suggest I hide my inuries/scars?
