I have no idea why I do this or how it started. But for the last few years I’ve developed a habit of chewing my arm, sometimes to the point that I’ll bite off small bits of flesh or old scans on it. So much so that my left forearm very noticeable wider than my right and I grow hair on it differently now. It’s been a lot better in winter because I usually have a long sleeve thing in for some protection, but I’ll get a pic of it anyway if that’s allowed and y’all think it might help.I think it’s a way to ether keep myself calm or maybe the hurt of it gets my mind off the thing and back to something else or idk why I do it. I just know I’d like to not be doing that and I’m holding y’all can help me figure this out.
