Okay, so self harm is something I’ve struggled with for decades. I very, very rarely cut. But I’ve found a new way to self harm. When I’m stressed or bored, I tear the skin off my lips. It’s such good pain and just a little piece of skin produces so much blood sometimes, and that gives me the endorphin rush I want. But I need to stop for many reasons. As soon as the huge crack in the middle healed, I messed it up again. Does anyone have any advice both about how to stop and what to do to heal it?
