I've found a new type of self harm

so a few months ago me and my mom got into a argument and i got super mad and normally i would cut or burn myself but instead I exercised until everything physically hurt. I personally think this is more effective than normal self harm because it doesn't lead to any scars and people don't think you're in mental pain because you're getting jacked
