Just Broke Clean Streak and Need Help

Never posted here before but I assume this is a place to get some useful info. I recently cut again after nearly three years clean. I genuinely don’t remember how to properly clean and cover them with and was wondering if anybody here could help me out with that. (They are on my upper arm towards my shoulder if that helps)
