I have to wear short sleeves tomorrow and I don't know what to do

I have field trip tomorrow with my school's T/B choir and I'm required to wear a shirt that was given to us that has short sleeves. I don't know what I'm going to do because I have pretty recent cuts on my forearms and I don't want to be forced to go back to the hospital for another week or longer. anyone have advice on how I could cover up my cuts?
