Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out here because I’ve been struggling lately and need a space to feel understood. It’s been hard dealing with academic stress. I’ve noticed that I’m falling into patterns I’m not proud of, and I want to find healthier ways to cope.
I know I’m not alone in feeling this way, which is why I decided to post. If anyone has advice, resources, or even just words of encouragement, I’d be really grateful. I’m also open to hearing your stories or how you’ve managed to take steps toward healing.
