Why was I cursed with this disease?

Self harm is a disease and I wonder why I was cursed with it. It’s irrational and makes no sense, yet I crave it at every slight inconvenience. I’m so tired of fighting everyday, I’m so tired. It’s hard to not give in at least once. I’m just tired.
