Is there a way to deal with anxiety and depression with going to therapy or being on medication?
Post Body

I just stopped going to counseling, but I’m experiencing mild anxiety and depression. It’s less intense than what is used to be, but it is still there. I would not like to go back so soon, but I hate feeling so down and drained all the time. I’m anxious and depressed to even do my homework and study. I even went back to the habit of not showering everyday and waking up with my heart pounding. I have gotten better, but my pains are still with me. Any advice?
