Sometime I feel an overwhelming pressure whenever someone needs my help.... Like I wants to say no and avoid because it takes a toll on me like I'm cheating on myself... But then there's apart of me feels really guilty about it because I decided to do what's best for me... Why do I feel like this when this happens??
