looking for selfbondage ideas

i have some rope, handcuffs, a blindfold, and a couple gags to choose from. i usually do hogties but iām considering trying out freezing my handcuff key in a plastic shot glass filled with water and really being stuck for a while. so any ideas on the rope work, or any ideas to make myself suffer a bit are welcome. would love to chat with other guys into self bondage
