Advice on how to do Spread Eagle selfbondage

I've been wanting to try doing spread eagle to myself and wanted some advice on how to do it. I would like to be able to force myself to stay in that position for awhile so like what's the best way to tie myself so it's difficult to get out of. I understand it's important for safety to have a backup way of getting out so what's the best way to do that while also not making too easy, basically something where you would only do it if you absolutely had to.
