Selfbondage tips

Hello all, I’m relatively new to self bondage but I definitely love it and finding new ways to tie myself. I use rope right now but struggle to get it quite as tight and restrictive as I want. Does anyone have any tips or tricks they’ve found useful in their self bondage? I’ve also been looking at bondagewebbing.com and their self bondage kits, has anyone had any experience with them?
