Selfbondage rope lenghts

So i just bought a 15 meter paracord and was wondering what the recommended lenghts for rope are. In thinking of cutting the rope onto smaller pieces but i am unsure on how to seperate it. I was thinking one 9 meter rope for full body and two 3 meter ropes for simple ties.
