Just had a little breakdown... don't know how to make it look like I bounced back.

Staying on a small farm/forest land with a friend & his parents - was invited, and now some days, I may hear 3 words from my friend. Feeling pretty lonely in the middle of nowhere, and just kind of hit the fan this afternoon. I thought a little weep by myself had settled it, but during dinner, it came back, and so I took my plate into my room, and haven't come out since. He took off, and now I just feel horrible about making things awkward.
