Waking up early changed everything for me. It wasn’t about productivity hacks or squeezing more hours into the day—it was about reclaiming time for myself before the world could demand anything from me. At first, it was just an experiment, but those quiet, undisturbed mornings became my sanctuary. I’d sit with a coffee, reflect, plan, and just exist without rushing. Over time, I noticed something shift. I felt more in control, less reactive, and strangely at peace. It wasn’t about waking up early for the sake of it; it was about starting the day on my own terms. That one small habit made me realise how powerful it is to create space for yourself before life fills it with noise.
