Why do we bust people’s chops for “doom scrolling” when 99.9% of the News we’re fed is just doom?

Is it possible to be reading multiple news stories without “doom scrolling?”
I don’t think so.

Eating like shit is bad. Doesn't matter if the majority of what's on the shelves isn't of good quality — It's your responsibility as an adult to consume the right things.
