Putting a bit of a rehab plan in place. What am I missing?

Wife’s on me for drinking and smoking too much. I agree. It’s been a bit much, lately. I’m feeling stuck and these have been a source of great stress relief.
I plan to cut back and replace these things with church (1x/wk), exercise (bodyweight training, jump rope, agility ladder and heavy bag) and LSD (again, feeling stuck and need new perspectives). I’m also going to work in some yoga. Any thoughts as to what I might add to this to enhance my journey?
