How do you healthily cultivate self-esteem?

How can someone improve their self-esteem? As I’ve started entering the dating realm, I’ve noticed I (20f) have very low self-esteem. What are some changes I can make behaviorally, mentally,or even physically that can help build self-esteem? I want to develop a healthy sense of self-esteem that allows me to be firm with boundaries and learn when to walk away from negative situations or bad treatment. Thank you!
