If Steve can’t explain why he’s doing this and why it’s right for him and his wife to his kids, he really should do some soul searching.

I’m in an ENM relationship and although I don’t have kids, I have been a 16 year old girl (worst age, poor 16 year old girls). If I know anything about 16 year old girls it’s that they’re going through A LOT and their minds aren’t fully capable of empathy. This is an incredibly hard age to parent and to grow up through. Then Steve shoves some cameras in this poor girls face and drops a bomb onto her and of course she’s not going to react well. It’s all so poorly planned on his part and as an adult he should be able to explain where he’s coming from.
