I'm hitting 90% usage (storage) as of now and need more.

2) What are your main reasons for wanting a seedbox?

I have outgrown my current one, data storage/data seeding

3) Are you okay with sharing hardware resources with other users [shared] or do you need the seedbox hardware dedicated to just you [dedicated]?

At my size, dedicated is a must.

The current setup has 150TB and I have outgrown it, so more than that.

No, but I like RuTorrent.

Not necessary, but preferred as I like having control.
