So I have made a commitment to myself not to watch porn or jerk off until I approach 100 women. I felt like I needed to burn my ships in order to get where I need to go. I recently seperated from someone that I dated on and off for a while and had a civil union with for about a year but it was a toxic relationship. I also tried to get back with another ex but she was playing games. This is the first time my brudges were burnt dating wise.

To set this up I did ask for a woman's number at a dog park but this was after prodding from a friend. I also gave a woman my number on the train after she was staring at me. But that is pretty much all I have done to this point.

So I decided I wanted tacos. So I decided I could use this to practice. I will be honest going to town it was kind of dead. There was a woman with her dog and I tried chattinf with her a tad and played with her dog when it came up to me but she did not seem enthused so I went to the taco place.

I went to order my taco and either she was Mexican (or more likely) Venezuelan and I decided to try my hand at asking her for coffee sometime.

So fast forward and she brings my tacos to the table and I she asks if there is anything else I need. I told her I thought she was cute and I asked if she would be up for a coffee date sometime. She said she had a husband and was caught off guard (kinda shocked). I said no worries he is a lucky man and told her thank you.

I had not been to this place in a while and did not plan to go back for a while so it helped me rationalize this a bit. She was pretty sweet about it and I might just try doing rhat for the next few approaches while I gain confidence and there is a nice coffee shop that is open til 1 so that should work. I know the line is not very unique but I am trying to build up. I also plan on going out 2 times this weekend so we shall see how that goes. Wish me luck today as I need to get through this 100 approach challenge.
