How to start something if you don't know something

Post Body

The title may be a little odd but it's about how do I start something with someone I'm interested if I do not know and understand the "talk" such as flirting, or being myself, or asking questions as I feel it's the best way of getting to know someone before going to deep.

This is something I struggle to understand across all methods of connection, online conversations just die away, in person always simple conversations nothing to deep which I believe it's mostly related to me being Deaf and having to use texting or writing to converse with someone who doesn't know sign language.

Same issues occurs when I interact with folks in my community, still nothing seems to occur, just kind of short spark then fads away as we converse. So I'm not really sure what seduction actually supposed to do if I don't understand how it works, how I'm supposed to noticed it, people do tell me how to notice and yet in real time I don't notice it at all.
