Aloneness & Your Own Presence

I suggest each and every one of you spend some time alone. I don't mean, stay home and play video games by yourself. I don't mean go sit at a coffee shop by yourself alone. I mean true aloneness. Go off to a place where no other human will cross your path. Sit with yourself to discover what it truly feels like to be in your own presence. What it FEELS like. Don't speak, just sit and radiate your attention into yourself. Discover that background sensation of what you are, what you reside within, each and every day.

I speak of being alone, because that is the only place you can see yourself without any external influence. Each of us feel specific things. Our emotions settle into the air around us. This sets our "vibe" or vibration. Anyone and everyone can pick up on this vibe around us. You should be alone to get a feel for what your natural vibe is. How do you feel when you're completely alone? Accept that space of aloneness and be ok with it, accept your natural vibe.

Your vibration is what you spread into the world as you go about. Everyone picks up on this no matter what. Some are very sensitive to it, others are not. Regardless, social interaction and connection is a mixing of these vibrations. If your vibration matches hers, or she just likes yours (for example, if she likes being around you and doesn't know why, it's your vibration), there is a much higher chance of "hooking up" (whether sexual, romantically, or platonically).

The kind of vibe you put out is so important in social interaction. This is why I suggest you go away from everyone and discover your vibe. Feel what it feels like to be you. Get in touch with your energetic self. When you're in a social situation, like flirting, fucking, or, hey, even fighting, be aware of the vibration you're creating. Once you're aware of your energetic presence, you can adjust it according to what fits best.
