Question about roleplay in a bar setting

So this might be a little different- remove if necessary.

I (49M) am I in a long term fun relationship with a 43F. Been going on several years. We both travel extensively for work and are lucky to be together a week - 10 days a month. We are both highly sexual and into alot - so those periods are pretty intense.

My partner is really into role play. Lately she as expressed that a fantasy thats been on her mind alot is us going separately to a bar we dont know - and we role play meeting as strangers where I pick her up. Im quite comfortable talking to women and have had a pretty… cavalier life.

Heres the thing though:

I dont drink. I doubt Ive been in a bar for a total of 20 mins in my life. And Ive never picked anyone up in such circumstances- usually much more long term slow approaches over a week or three before the first date happens.

I really want to do this for her- and blow her away. I feel like I have good game - so its more the circumstance I dont know how to deal with. We have a long stretch together in October and its my goal to do this then.

So my question is - how can I “pregame” this. Ive read some of this sub - but Im looking for advice and resources on how to carry myself in such an environment and go from being the nice guy who wins over time to a guy who excites her in the wild. Obviously the conclusion is forgone so 🤷‍♂️
