So Im quite fed up with my company on the fact they do a rules for me and not for thee type of thing. Theres a firelane where I work and weβre supposed to ticket that area but certain companies are given a pass because of their office facilities. Ive been reading up on firelane laws the last two days and have found out that by allowing stuff like this the company itsself is violating city code. I want to talk to my supervisor and possibly report code infractions as Im tired of getting yelled at for ticketing cars and doing my job for enforcing the firelane area and am tired of the hypocrisy of giving passes to the other companies that come on site. How can I call code enforcement in Washington without worrying about job retaliation and getting fired for doing what I should be doing?
