So, I have this Security Sergeant whom always belittles everyone.. he tries to act better by doing waaaay to much but when he doesnt know what to do he calls for a Senior Sergeant to help.
However, tonight.. i work Dispatch, and he came and tells the other Dispatcher.. (that’s doesn’t really do anything).. I had like 6 calls going on all at once.. and he tells that Dispatcher.. “Good Job! I like how you handled everything!”
I’m furious… I clocked out and walked out before he could talk to me.
What does that mean? Do I smart mouth him? 😂
