Iâve recently started following secular Buddhism and whenever I tell my friends I often get confused looks / laughs. I drink and eat meat and donât believe in karma or reincarnation (in the traditional sense) and my friends point out how that doesnât make me a ârealâBuddhist. Does anyone else here find it frustrating to explain their beliefs to people in their lives who entire concept of religion is based around Christianity, Islam, and judaism??
Sorry if this was a bit rambly just needed to vent lol
