For some Secret Santa is about sending a gift to a stranger. For others its about reading what the person likes, spending hours finding the 'right' gift, learning about subjects/hobbies that you had no idea existed but are important to your giftee, taking the time to personally wrap the gifts, sending a personalised message and even decorating the box. Its these small touches that elevate the experience and gifts for the giftee.
