Is there a way to get in touch with your Santa?

My Santa said that they shipped my gift by Amazon about a week ago but they never gave me a tracking number so I can’t track it. I figured that since it’s from Amazon it should have gotten to me by now and I’m hoping that it’s not lost. Is there a way to message my Santa to get a tracking number or do I just have to wait it out? Another Santa shipped my gift on Monday by Amazon and that one already arrived
