recipe gift never arrived

My gift from my recipe Santa never arrived, but I contacted Amazon to see the tracking since it had not arrived yet. They are sending a replacement to me because it got lost in the mail. I am not sure how to contact my Santa to let them know that's why I have not posted pictures of anything? I feel bad they think it arrived and I have just not posted.
