I shipped out my bookmark to my Giftee on March 4. I live in an assisted care living facility. Because of this I could not go to UPS facility to ship it myself. (covid restrictions on movement of individuals who live in assisted care facilities.) Instead the package was given to the facility director to ship. The receipt with the tracking number on it was given to the facility accountant. That accountant cannot locate the actual tracking number for me. She only has the information related to what they will be billing me with my monthly rent for the shipment of the package. Those rent receipts are not scheduled to be printed until the end of this month as rent is due April 6. At this point I’m listed as not having provided proof of shipment. I have not received a thank you from the person at gifted. Please advise.
