Got gift from original SS, but can't message the rematch SS

I marked no gift when I received the email as it instructed, and of course, my original SS' gift came the next day after chilling at the post office forever. Went through the steps and completed my portion of the exchange, but I can't figure out how to get in touch with the rematch and tell them to stop the presses and contact support for a new rematch.
I've changed my preferences to reflect that, but they haven't looked at my details since before I changed them.
Kind of at a loss of what to do.
