I’m 19 so last year would have been the first year I would have been eligible for Reddit secret Santa but during that time I experienced the loss of my father. It isn’t the same without him around for the holidays so I’ve decided that this year I’ll be spending the money I would have spent on my dad for Christmas to make someone else happy. He loved giving gifts and participating in Secret Santas with his work and such. He loved Christmas more than anyone else I’ve ever met so I thought this would be a good idea. Last Christmas was miserable and I want to avoid this one being miserable too.
