Still no gift

I’m getting kind of anxious about this exchange because shipping is supposed to be done by this Friday and I still have no gift or shipping information for the gift being sent even though my Santa pulled my information around 2 weeks ago.
Am I right to be worried or I should just wait a while until shipping is due and possibly rematch if they don’t follow through?
(I apologize, I’m just really anxious about this whole situation)
