My giftee indicated that they haven't received a gift from me yet. I uploaded my shipping proof two weeks ago and it still hasn't been reviewed by admins or approved. I also sent my giftee the tracking information, in addition to multiple messages since early December, all with no response.

The tracking information itself is a bit confusing. On December 31st it was marked as "out for delivery" but January 1st it says "awaiting arrival scan" and hasn't been updated since then. I got the email that my giftee indicated not receiving a gift from me on January 3rd. I'm not sure what to do in this situation...it was a great and thoughtful gift and I really want it to get to my giftee but I'm not sure how to find the package!
