Currently my house is full of boxes because we're supposed to be moving soon. That plus my mental health being so low lately I was worried that any gift I ordered for my giftee would either get packed by mistake or sit around waiting for me feeling up to trekking to the post office. So I did what seemed sensible and ordered from Amazon to be delivered straight to giftee, except Amazon refused to send the items as gifts. No problem, giftee's wife agreed to remove invoices and pack everything into a large santa gift bag I added to the order.
Today I pop on to check the status of the gifts as one keeps saying it's not due till January. Well, giftee has 2 of the 3 gifts which is great but Amazon have lost the gift bag. Like, it actually says they suspect it's lost and I need to contact the marketplace seller.
So sorry giftee, between Amazon and me, this isn't the best first secret santa for you.
Now do I bother trying to send a new bag or just tell them to open what they have?
